Where we ship
We currently ship to: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia.
Production and delivery
Your order is produced when you place it, then shipped by our print partner from a facility near you where possible. The delivery estimate shown at checkout comes from the carrier. It is an estimate, not a guarantee.
You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated from your delivery country and shown before you pay.
Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, such as the United Kingdom, Norway, the United States, Canada and Australia, customs duties and import taxes may be charged on delivery. These are not included in our prices, and you are responsible for paying them.
Address mistakes
Please check your delivery address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, write to trefalke@trefalke.com straight away. Once production has started we may not be able to change it.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived when the tracking says it should have, write to trefalke@trefalke.com and we will look into it.
