These terms apply when you buy posters or custom bags from Trefalke.
Who we are
This shop is operated by Trefalke, Theodore Roosevelts vej 1, 2450 København SV. You can reach us at trefalke@trefalke.com.
Orders
Your order is placed when you complete payment. You receive a receipt by email from our payment provider. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown wrongly, and we will then refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you see at checkout and include any VAT we are required to charge. Shipping is calculated from your delivery country and shown before you pay.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Made to order
Posters and bags are produced when you order them. See Shipping for production and delivery, and Returns and refunds for what happens if you change your mind or something is wrong.
Colours
Colours on a screen differ slightly from print. Small variations are not a defect.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer, including the right to a remedy for defective goods.
Law and complaints
Danish law applies. If you live in another EU country you keep the mandatory consumer protection of that country.
Please write to us first at trefalke@trefalke.com and we will try to solve it. If we cannot agree, a consumer can bring a complaint to Center for Klageløsning (Nævnenes Hus), the Danish consumer complaints body.
